Levent Avci® is the owner and chef of the famous Siirt Şeref Bürya. In 1987, Levent Avci® moved from Siirt to Istanbul, where he continues to serve under the “Seref Buryan” brand, and is the fourth generation of their 130-year-old business. Levent Avci®, who has adopted the principle of introducing the taste of Buryan to the whole world, has recently attracted attention with his content explaining the history of Seref Buryan and the taste of Buryan in many international magazines and media organizations.
